WHAT YOU WILL HAVE TO DO
• Manage contact with the end customer for the resolution of problems and as a natural interlocutor for in-depth analysis of the state of performance and service.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to internal Service Managers.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing document flows.
• Create a knowledge base about the customer.
• Collaborate and optimize the projects entrusted to you.
• Collaborate with your Team and the Development Team to resolve Incidents and Problems.

All'interno della divisione Assistenza Tecnica un Technical Support Operator per i servizi applicativi basati sulle piattaforme proprietarie e erogati dal proprio SaaS o presso i clienti.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• At least 2/3 years' experience in Ticketing, Service desk, and Application Maintenance.
• Good knowledge of SQL, preferably on Microsoft RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft scripting languages.
• Good knowledge of XML.
• Good knowledge of the execution environment of Microsoft applications: IIS, event viewer, TaskScheduler, etc.
• Excellent analysis and problem-investigation skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Collaborative spirit and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Sensitivity to customer problems.
