We uphold the core values of the Avvale Group, which we are part of and we are committed to conducting ourselves with the highest ethical, legal, and professional standards. Our Code of Ethics was approved by the Board of Directors of Avvale S.p.A. on October 4, 2023.

The Code of Ethics serves to identify and regulate in advance the behaviors that the directors and employees of Avvale YUBIQ S.p.A., as well as any third party with whom Avvale YUBIQ S.p.A. directly or indirectly, on a permanent or temporary basis, establishes a relationship for the purpose of carrying out its activities, are required to observe. 

In particular:

• it ensures that all business activities are carried out in compliance with the law, promoting the principle of legality within the corporate environment;
• it aims to prohibit and prevent any form of corruption, ensuring that the implementation of every business activity is guided by transparency, fairness, and integrity, and in accordance with our Anti-Corruption Policy and the Gifts & Donations Policy (which forms an integral part thereof).

Individuals, both within and outside Avvale YUBIQ S.p.A., who suspect or become aware of actions related to corrupt practices, unlawful behavior, or any conduct intended to circumvent the provisions of the Code of Ethics or the Company’s internal procedures, carried out by employees or representatives of the organization, are required to submit an information report prepared in accordance with the Whistleblowing Policy.

Reports may be submitted, in English or in the local language, also through the Online Platform.
