To orchestrate the processing of cases and documents, Flowee digital workplace offers users a library of workflows and collaborative activities.
Workflows can be activated on cases and guide their processing steps. Users initiate a workflow by selecting it from a library of predefined flows. Collaborative activities can be applied to cases or individual documents and enable the initiation of simple processing routines, including in parallel mode.

Archive and Document Management

The centralized archive is automatically populated through integrations (e.g., PEC attachments), user activities, or internal workflows, ensuring security, traceability, and organization.
