AgID to launch monitoring activities on Compliance with Guidelines for Digital Documents
Scope of application
The monitoring will involve the entities specified in Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Digital Administration Code (CAD) and registered in the Public Administration Index (IPA), namely:
-
public administrations, including Port System Authorities and Independent Authorities for oversight, regulation, and guarantees;
-
public service providers, including listed companies in relation to services of public interest;
-
publicly controlled companies, excluding listed companies not falling within the category of public service providers.
Organizations that have developed Document Governance and Digitalization projects with us can approach this monitoring phase with confidence, thanks to the robustness and compliance of their information systems.
